The Future of Drug Policy
Each state has different policies on drug control. Research some of the drug control policies in your own state and report how you think your state measures up when it comes to establishing policies that reduce the harms of both drug use and drug prohibition. Does your state appear to be tough on crime or more lenient? Is there a movement to decriminalize possession of certain drugs, or is it already in effect? Do you believe your state’s policies are appropriate for today’s society or do they need reformation?
