Need help on laws and the moral climate

Yes, I think most everybody would recognize that in certain instances using laws to legislate morality could be useful. I’m interested in why you focus on social libertarians, and why they need to win the hearts of people before they can do this. Wouldn’t any group need to do that as well? Any time we are trying to use laws to make this type of change, don’t we need to “sell it” to the people (before or after)? At the end of your post, you provide an interesting example: the illegalization of early marriage. Can you spell this out for us a little bit. How would this change the laws? How would this help improve the moral climate?
