I’ve attached the results of my big 5 assessment. I need 200 words essay explaining results. The essay must have the following.

•  Propose solutions for working together using the information from the Big Five assessments and the underlying principles of trait theories.

•  Include a synopsis of the reliability and validity of personality measurements and whether I felt my assessment depicted an accurate result. (And yes I believe the Results where accurate)
