Definition Paragraph

NOTE: PLEASE USE THE ATTACHED CLUSTER FILE TO WRITE IN THE BRAINSTORM ANSWERS. I WILL NEED THE PARAGRAPH IN ONE FILE AND THE CLUSTER AS ANOTHER FILE. 

Dropbox 5: Definition Paragraph

Write a paragraph that will define the option below:

◦  intelligence

Once you’ve chosen your topic, use the clustering worksheet to begin brainstorming (SEE ATTACHMENT)

◦  Brainstorm groups or classes the term belongs

◦  Brainstorm the identifying characteristics of the term

◦  Brainstorm using negation

◦  Brainstorm at least three possible examples you could use to help define the term 

When you write the paragraph, you will not have space to use all of those ideas, so choose only the strongest ideas in your brainstorm to define your term in only one paragraph.
