Introduction to the topic:

Dan Olweus, from Norway, is the world’s leading social science researcher on bullying. Here is a very brief presentation of his research ideas and programs. If you have children in school, or if you remember being bullied in school yourself, (or if there is bullying in your workplace, for bullying occurs among adults as well) this article will give you a good idea of the efforts being made to understand and control bullying in school.

By the way, bullying is a major stepping stone to genocide, the bullies “dehumanizing” those they bully by calling them “cockroaches” or some other derogatory, non-human name. That opens the door to do unspeakable violence to people, for the victims are not humans, after all.
