Annotated bibliography, English homework help

I have to write an annotated bibliography. You must include five reliable (good) sources and five unreliable (bad) sources. 

Each of your ten entries must include the following: 

• An MLA reference. 
• A summary. 
• An evaluation. 
  • Is the source reliable or not? 
  • Provide two reasons to either trust or distrust the source. 

Each annotation (summary and evaluation) should be between 100­200 words in length. Submit  all ten references together.
