4 Short essays in philosophy

Respond to each of the following questions with a short essay. Although there are no formal length requirements for your responses, they should be long enough that you fully address the question posed and short enough that you avoid extraneous material. You are not required to provide a works cited page for essays or articles contained in your textbook, but you should attribute ideas to their authors and identify the relevant work by name. If you quote a portion of a reading verbatim, be sure to clearly attribute the quoted material to its author. If you use information from outside of our textbook, please cite your source and provide a link if possible.
